The first thing I need to mention is that the high of a Wi-Fi camera is very high in comparison with normal camera. Although it comes with extra features of Wi-Fi connectivity, the difference in price should not be that much. Otherwise, users will stick to old traditional cameras or a new modern smartphone instead.

2. Difficult Setting Up

With smartphones, you will have to ability to touch on a large screen. However, with a small screen like a Wi-Fi camera, it would be difficult to navigate around. Not to mention the fact that if your camera does not use touch screen, that would be a lot of work to upload your pictures.

Furthermore, the apps to upload pictures are still under development and cause bugs sometimes.

Conclusion

Overall, the development of digital cameras with Wi-Fi connectivity is very necessary if camera manufacturers want to attract younger buyers who keen on sharing and uploading their photos as conveniently as possible.

There are some benefits as well as drawbacks of this type of camera. In order to develop further, all of the disadvantages need to be fixed soon. Sooner or later, we will be able to see a lot of improvements and developments from a digital camera with Wi-Fi connectivity.
